I'm planning on getting an Intake on my car. However, since the exhaust is still stock, how bad will it be for me to have that Intake in. How well can the stock exhaust handle an Intake? I wanted to get CAI in first, because I don't have enough money for an exhaust system right now.

Same...I had my Injen Short Ram Intake months before I got my TRD exhaust. You can have all sorts of engine mods and a stock exhaust...obviously, they compliment each other though...get the CAI now and get an exhaust later, doesn't matter

my order went...intake then exhaust then header. it doesnt matter how you do it. you can Turbo your car with stock exhaust and nothing bad will happen, it just wont make as much power as it could
was....5speed with i/h/e 15.41 @ 89.30mph 2.282 60'
is....04 srt4 stock 13.936 100.15mph 2.177 60'

hmmm...ok. How good do you all think the stock exhaust is? Right now, I'd get exhaust and Intake at the same time, but hte problem is $$$$, and not enought of it.
