ooh yeah! i got he2 10's! my gawd! for 10s man! they pound! everyone who heres them or sat in my ride they always say, "those are 12's!" nope 10's baby! and they look all amazed with there mouths open
I have used Infiniti's and Polks, and the Polks sound much better, but they cost about 50% more. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. A speaker that costs twice as much is going to sound better than a cheaper speaker. Go to an audio store and listen to their selection. Once you have chosen a speaker, then buy it over ebay. Good luck!!
you guys that went with new compenets for the front: since the GTS already has the factory amp would i need to buy another one to power up my front components?

Your best bet is to redo everything. Our factory system is 160w (if I remember correctly). Even a cheap deck these days is 40w or 50w per channel, so the factory amp is worthless.
I'm just a crosshair I'm just a shot away from you
I used a Kicker 6 3/4 Component speaker to replace the factories. The only problem is that the hole for the factory speakers was too large for the new speakers so I had to make some rings in order for the speakers to fit properly. Put some MTX 10's in the back. I have a GT so I didn't have to deal with the in dash amp.

yeah, get a new amp to power them... something like a JL 300/2
