There's 2 bolts on each side that are attached to the car, and in addition there will be 2 holes on each side once the wing is off. The tape should mostly come off, but you will have to use some Goo-Gone or an equvalent cleaner to get it totally cleaned off. Then you'll have to deal with the holes and the 2 "nipple" bolts that will stick up.
If you want to sell the wing I'd be interested in buying it.
