Me and my dad successfully installed my Alpine deck and speakers and subs to my 2000 Celica GTS. Damn that shit was a bitch because of the specific wiring you have to follow and install. It was actually quite simple once we got into it.My dad use to do stereo installs when he was young. I hella gave my dad props because he hella helped me install all my stereo stuff in my celica!Hah my dad still gots it! Anyway, if yall want pics of how my setup looks like, just respond in this thread to request pics and i will share them with the my fellow celica fans! And if any of you need help? Feel free to ask because me and my dad did it and we are PROUD!! Now im all slumpin down the street my gawd my system hits hella loud! yeah baby!!!
oh btw.. Setup is Fosgate Fanatic X series Tweeters and mids.. Crossovers as well. ALpine deck, 2x 10's Punches HE 3210's! 4-gauge stinger wiring kit!Pretty soon im going to get new rear speakers too. But for now my ride be slumpin!
and also take a look at this pic and look on the left side of my deck. I got this ugly gap on the sides of my deck, and i was wondering what can i do to fix it! cause it looks gay!
lay Fiberglass over the entire thing to fix the gap... then paint it... it'll look awsome... not that hard either...
edit... you should really give this a shot, its not very complicated at all... and then you get a proffessional look too... here's a link to help you out
