hmmm I'm at work so I cant take pics for you.

step 1)
fold seat backs down!

step 2)
pull off the plastic piece that holds stuff (it's like a bin behind the spare tire cant missi it)

step 3)
pull up the carpet flap on the seat backs and you will see 4 bolts total I believe 12mm.
once the bolts are out push down and slide towards the front of the car.

its very easy should take like 2 minutes. thumbsup

Im trying to get to it to replace, which would hopefully fix my problem of a faulty gas gauge. works sometimes, other times shows empty or an incorrect amount. If anyones got any better ideas im open grin

Did you disable your DRL's with a cut cable?

That can affect it.

Other than that, you got me. Fuel stuff I leave to Toyota, I don't want to blow myself up spineyes

get this, all I do is take the cover off that allows access from the inside cabin to the top of the gas tank and simply clean the wires with a small hand vac (with the neg batt cable discon.) and then when to put a gallon of gas in to see if it would change... and now the car majorly bogs. its like as if its getting not enough gas between 2500 and 4000 rpms. all I did was move the wires to make sure they werent kinked. angry so now Im taking it to local toyo mech. tomorrow to diagnose problem.
