with srock internals. 75 is the max you should use and do not use that much often. 50 shot is safer, but still do not overuse. 35 shot is the safest, I wouldn't be too scared of running with this often. Hopefully that helps. thumbsup

NOS and NX are the same thing. All you basically need is the Universal Import 4 cylinder EFI wet kit. Both companies make it and both companies make the other accessories you'd like to have.

I would go with Nx. They have an adjustable wet kit for 35-50-75 shot.

I'd guess around $150 to $200 for professional installation.

nx bottle pressure is better. and the hp are rated at the wheels ... meaning 35 shot on nx is like 50 on NOS. and believe me it sure does feel like a 50 shot smile

Does nos leave any residue in your engine? I mean if something happens, would they know it was because of nos?

N-tercooler is for turbo's and superchargers...

also i've seen the zex wet nitrous kit, it's supposed to be really easy to install because some parts come already assembled (they claim 2 hours or so)... and also because it makes it so it's not too rich and not too lean by the bottle pressure or something. i think it's adjustable as well, and automatically switches on when it's at wide open throttle.
it seems like it's a good nos kit, i'm interested in getting it.

It depends on the system.

For a small shot, no ECU alteration is needed, as the stock ECU and fuel system can usually handle the required fuel demands. Too much N2O and not enough fuel can cause a lean condition and engine damage. Most systems have an integrated solution to this problem.

Wet systems inject both Fuel and N2O through the injectors or dedicated ports into each cylinder with dedicated fuel and nitrous solenoids, when the system engages, the system will add additional fuel and N2O to the combustion chambers. examples include most kits made by NOS, Edelbrock, or the NX systems. Some kits require little plumbing, as they have piggyback nozzles for the injectors, and solenoids are contained in a new fuel rail

On Dry fog systems (the kind that is injected into intake tube) a means of supplimenting fuel is needed, either bigger injectors, FPR or an AFC is needed to increase fuel flow, otherwise you fuel mixture leans out, and your motor blows up.

Most computerized nitrous systems (Zex, Venom VCN systems) have the needed hardware to suppliment the fuel by altering sensor maps to cause a rich condition, and are very reliable. some even add fuel through an independent solenoid, or by changing the injector pulse width.

If all else fails, ask the vendor, they usually know how each system handles fuel enrichment, and which is best for a given application. if installed properly, almost every system available can be used safely.

those things have a tank in the trunk(or where ever you put it) and it runs a line so the engine compartment with some type of fogger that sprays directly onto the intercooler. NX makes it in N2O, CO2 and Compressed air.

OR

you can just spray that mofo yourself with a spray bottle full of ice cold water. That's hardcore.
