Turn your car key in the 'On' position. Your CEL light should blink a few times, pause and blink a few times again. For example you might get this: blink, blink, blink - pause - blink blink. This would be a code 32. Once you know your code, post it in here and someone will look up the problem for you.

PS: If it keeps on blinking, then it means there are no problems.

OOps, i forogt a step. You need to short the E1 and TE1 terminals with a piece of wire. To do this pop-open your hood. Look behind your driver's strut tower. You will see a small gray box. Open it up and you will see 9 holes. On the underside of the cover will be a sticker with the names of these holes. Look for the E1 and TE1. Once you see them, short them with a piece of wire/metal.
After that, turn your key in the on position and your CEL should blink. If it doesn't, try to move the piece of wire a little and try again.

I know this probably makes no sense as it is written but take a look under the hood and it should become clear.
