Alright guys, i need your help one more time!! I am looking for some nice rims, reasonable price, 18x8, with a 30mm offset for my fender flares, i need tires as well, 245/40/18, and the rims of choice need to be hyperblack, with chrome or polished lip!! Anyone know of a website to buy or search through rims like these??

they'll tell you what the offset is if you call their help line. 18x9 is fine for the front, but it's gonna be kind of small for the rear, but you can always get Spacers for the rear.
5Zigen has a new wheel that is perfect for widebody cars. It's the 5Zigen Pro Racer GTN, but they're bronze, which you don't want.

Umm just a thought... but the stock overall diameter of the tires is 24" the overall diameter of the tires you want it 25.7" approx. So your acceleration will be affected... also as far as i know the widest wheel that fit the celica with out rubbing is and 18x8.

yeah, but if the offset is decreased and the wheel sticks out more and the flares are down correctly, you can fit 18x9, which is what i want, i am also gonna go with 235or 245/40/r18, it should fit, i just dont know what offset im gonna need that will fit perfectly!!

But that's about the limit aswell. When I've got full lock -- if the tyres pick up any gravel, the gravel scrapes the inside of the fender so there's not a LOT of room, but it works. and that's with a (ca) 2,3 inch drop up front, and 2,7 rear (if the cm to inches converter isn't lying to me...)
