rolleyes nice car that your bf got, but you're wrong about it being faster.

Stock-for-stock it's the same. The dynos are identical on the two. The celi loses less from the crank to the wheels. Go look at the 100,000 posts on this topic. spineyes

not to mention that the GTS is lighter than the type S. if you drive right you will win. if you loose then you can know that you are a bad driver

ull beat him for now until he gets used to his car. remember rsx-s loses whp like a bitch, and ur hp to weight will cover the difference. dont be afraid to race him if you got a manual. his engine is also better cz its newer, no wear and tear yet. overall acura respond better for aftermarket=more hp. you can always get the apexi ecu on ur car, there hondata ecu is not as good as apexi. there car cant handle much more than the original fuel cut off.
if you a good driver, you will be close to him or keep up with him. btw, why do you care about losing? hes ur best friend. let him beat u, he has to hand ur ass back when it comes to twisties. they are nice car, best cars to compete celica, but nothing comes close to the aggressive celica look.

It looks ok, to him its a nice step up from the Integra to the RSX-S, but I like the Celica more. I was looking ate the RSX and the Celica and I got the Celica because it looks so much better. Plus, I see old people driving around in the RSX.

My car is gunna be 10x faster than yours...haha... I'm gunna buy like 10
of those speedchips! I figure if 1 gets me 20hp then 10 will get me 200hp!

The reason I chose the RSX over the Integra was mostly because of the more modern design of the interior. The old interior of the Integra has been the same for a long time, since 1994. So, I guess the added K20A2 and the potential for the motor made me opt for the Type S.

I still can't find the damn defroster button..

With a few $$$ into the RSX, it will own you like a redheaded stepchild.

Don't underestimate the power potential of the RSX-S. It's a cookie cutter car that I think is just an overpriced Honda (Which it is) but it still has lots of Performance potential.

Autox, however, that's a different story wink

Defroster is in the middle of the 3 climate control knobs (I think).

I never did care too much for the RSX, the styling was too much like a lump sum of a bubble.. so I bought a ITR. grin But then traded it for a superior machine.. Celica GTS.

Congrats to your friend though, you guys gotta race sometime and video tape it! wink
