i was playin around with the computer and made this quick video for those noo-b's who want to know how to change the color of a car (i showed 2 methods: Bucket Fill and Hue/Saturation), use Photoshop, if you have any questions, just ask
^^ its fast but i set the framerate very low on the video to keep the file size small, cause the original size i wanted to upload was 26mb (i was like no f-ing way im gonna upload that with a 56k) plus its quicker for everyone else to d/l
why doesnt it work with a black car?..i cant do it on mine...the hue /sat way looks great...but it comes out like shti with the black car..i need help..TONY..PM me please with some tips, ive bene trying to mess around designing my car with photoshop..but im having a hard time.
on a black car its gonna be hard and different but it should work.. try the bucket method in the video but instead of "color burn" do "color"... hit me back up if it doesnt work, i will try to help you as much as i can but im at work
Yes color does work on black or darker. I dont have a black car BUT I do have black engine plastics! I was really wanting to paint them either blue or red and this is going tohelp me alot. I played around a bit and thought i was messing it up or something but than i relized "hey thats where the light is shining on it at!" But newayz I need better pics of my engine b4 I decide but this will help me out a lot on a lot of diff things thanx guys!
