I planning to paint my center console, and i was thinking of using black... painting it is all good, i've read the install for it... but could you please advise me on how i can mask off the two circluar bits circled in yellow (for the heat and air flow control) like this person has done? cause i don't want to paint over them... and figuring that since they're curved is there a particular way to go about it? thanks in advance!

yeah, you can buy the stickers off Unsung from teamcelica.com, he has them in all different colors; red, white, black, blue, yellow... etc. Send him a PM here and he should be able to hook you up, last i heard they were like $10 or something like that.

Fuck the light, get the stickers, you'll be fine... and if you want light anyways, get one of those TypeR book light things that you can stick anywhere and put it in your ash tray and use it to light up your console, cus seriously, that way, the way you want to do it, just doesn't look right at ALL imo

if you wanna seriously do that, use masking tape, but it would look nicer with everything painted, one thing you could do would take a long time and accuracy is maskin tape only on the lettering and icons, but thats super hard since they are so small

NEVER SELL!!! or just buy a new piece when you sell it if they so desire to have the light shine through
