The local shops around here charge 200 for install, anyone think I could do this myself or would it be better to have the shop do it?

I got some Ehiboch pro springs for 70.00 shipped. the guy I bought them from had them on for 2 weeks, and decided he wanted to get Tein SS coilovers, so he made me a good deal.

You can do it yourself but you need a spring compressor and you have to be EXTREMELY careful when removing the springs. There is enough tension in springs to go through a brick wall I would say if you haven't done it before and you aren't comfortable working on other parts of a car have a shop do it. $200 is a small price to pay for your safety.
