I was sitting down contemplating weight ratios and acceleration. Horsepower & torque to weight ratio is what gives you the neck snap when you dump the petrol to her.
Estimated pounds for each bhp: (Not including driver) Celica GT: 20.8 Celica GTS: 15.6 Porsche GT2: 6.6 (Holly crap) My GT Skidoo: 3.9 Stroked Hayabusa: 2.2
Its just crazy when you look at the stats. I'd like to take dyno results for all the cars in the same "class" as the Celica as see what the comparison looks like.
Has anyone done some serious weight reduction on their 7th gen Celica? How much?

i dont know, you guys wanna give me an educated guess? anyone? I bet I could come damn close to a guess too bad you have an auto. it's kind of a waste IMO I hope you boost that thing cause if not it's a shame to do all that work to have a 16 second car.

i just like the feel of it, it looks more sporty to me and i could always put everything bak, i still have all my plastics. its a common thing to do here in Frisco, especially with hatch baks.
