so i went to the toy dealership yesterday to check on some parts and as i was leaving i saw this yellow gt that looked like a used (and modified) car. i parked and went to investigate and found out that it was the new action package. -ricer crome taillights  -ricer fake exhaust -headlights were different (painted yellow on the inside)  (not sure about that) -body kit was ok (added vents)  -nice spoiler  i am still not sure what to think about it and i was just wondering if anyone else has seen it?

I like it... smoke the tails and its all good... Id rather have that exhaust than the stock... even though there is no gain ofcourse, who cares...

the new action package is alright, better than the stock simple version. some things obviously could have been done better.
i think the newer front bumpers are not in sync with the original line design flow. i'm not a chrome fan unless it is in the engine bay. spoiler is nice transition between the original stock and the triangular wingswest style...
toyota's marketing people are cramming their heads to boost sales favoring the styling angle versus the Performance angle. too bad, the celica has plenty of design style...

That body kit makes the celica look less aggressive! Plus the matching color on the housing of the headlights look kinda funny in my opinion.
