Are the Tokico High Performance Struts and Shocks 00-04
the same thing as the Tokico Blue ones ?
here are the part numbers

and

Yes they are. I have a set of the blue Tokico struts you are talking about and they are the High Performance Gas Shocks. I haven't installed them yet though because I'm waiting on my Hotchkis lowering springs to arrive.

I have them and the springs. 1.25" drop, perfect for me, handle nice, ride pretty good.
