Auto is not a waste. Its not like the Celica is a race car or anything. Just because you can go 0-60 a few seconds faster than an auto is no reason to get upset.

The video screen is nice, but I would have gone flip up indash. Nice system with the MB quartz. I want your skirts! rofl Those look hot and they're not too rice

Get a nice street exhuast, like a TSRM or TRD. Or at least change the tip. thumbsup thumbsup

Great looking car, and your sound system looks killer! I have also have a red 2004 w/action pkg. It will be a while before I upgrade the stereo, my priorities have changed since marriage...

Thank you, I love my new car as I'm sure you love yours as well. The sound system is a definite treat. I am a little confused as to why our action packages look so different if yours is also a 2004. Yours reminds me of the 2003 action package. Did you change it? confused

I wanted to say I very much agreed with this statement. I am not looking to shave off seconds in a race. I have the automatic sport shift which gives me the best of both worlds IMO. Slide it over and control the gears, Its just what I wanted and I definitely have NO regrets.

Nice audio setup thumbsup

I have to agree, though, that the tails (and headlights, IMO) are hideous puke puke The good news is that they're easily fixed grin

Toyota changed the Action Package sometime in January (I think) of 2004. So, some 2004 models still had the old Action Package.

I think yall need to stop hatin so much on other celi's, all the posts so far are saying what you don't like about her car. Its her new treat and its awesome, and shes happy with it. So she probably doesnt need you coming in here saying how you hate the tailights or whatever. I think you should keep those comments to yourselves, but thats just my opinion. I like roxy, I wish I would have waited on getting mine so I can get the hooked up stuff like the rearview and the screen.

Thank you for your support, my thoughts exactly. I posted this originally because I saw this as a place where people love and supported the Celica in general whether it was an older model (even lookin a little thrashed, but hey it's Celica) or a newer one like mine. I thought people would enjoy seeing the new action package and all the extras I put in my car. Look, I don't need your approval I have my car here and I know it looks totally sweet and I wouldn't change a thing. I didn't post it because I give a shit what you think about my headlights or taillights. I just thought you may like to see the car after all there aren't many 2004's on the board to check out. As you can see some people do like to check it out and some people just like to talk shit about a Celica. Thanks to all the people who appreciate checkin out the new Celi.

Well...the head- and taillights aren't my taste (imo you should get some Red TYC tails in the futher smile) and the exhaust tip isn't also my cup of thea, BUT as long as YOU like it!!!

Anyways,
- i like the 2004 bodykit,
- Love the interior!
- Nice audio set-up!
- Although they are chrome...i kinda like the rims thumbsup (maybe some springs?, to get the gap between tire and chassis filled?)

As said above: "Its a sweet car"

Where did you hook up the rear-view camera and does it work well? I'm thinking of getting one for the AVIC-N1 when I get it next week.

Not everyone is going to have the same taste, and they are open to voice their opinions. The main reason why people post pics of their cars is to get other's opinions.

Anyway, glad to hear that your happy with your new car thumbsup

Never liked the Tsunami kit, but it's a definite eye-catcher. Awesome system, like mine better though grin Needs new tail-lights also, not my taste, would look better with the stock '03 tails I say.

Nonetheless, it's a Celica, welcome to the family!! You still made an excellent choice! thumbsup

Yeah I heard they changed the action package in Jan. 2004. I like the looks of the lowered Celica but I had a lowered car with low profile tires and it was just to much of a pain in the ass not being able to get in all those steep driveways and stuff like that so anyway, I was glad to see it was a little higher. As for the automatic I have a sportshift, which does give me some control over the gears. I do realize it's not the same but if I was lookin' for a race car I probably wouldn't choose the Celica. It has plenty of spunk, not slow at all. I don't always want to have to be worrying about shifting I'm just enjoying the ride, gettin' it when I need to. Not trying to shave off seconds in a race.

It is a dream come true for sure, just what I always wanted. I looked at everything and I just couldn't get the Celica out of my head. Nothing looks as hot.

Carbon fiber? Are you talking about the Molded dash applique from Toyota. It's a fake carbon fiber look and IMO looks cheap. Real carbon fiber, now that would be nice if it went with your color scheme.

It's totally external, it fits into the spot where the right license plate light is. This is the same way Lexus mounts their backup cam. Here's a better pic. Good luck!

my oppinions:

system is of the hook... your ICE is awsome.

i dont like the altezza's, front or rear bumpers or the painted headlights... and definately not that dummy tip for the exhaust...

i like the spoiler and the hoodscoop too...

the only thing i would recommend to you is a drop.
