You could still put it in, in an angled position (i did) but some people put it straight up. and now worries of it getting stolen. Which at first, I took my antenna off b/c it looks dumb-didn't have ANY radio. Now I have a little bit of radio, but I never listen to it.

The s2000 antenna is cheap man. Instead of wasting time cutting, just get $20 and get the s2k antenna and your car will look nice.
