I dont think you can buy em man There are a few sites out there on how to make em tho, like satoshi's, or even here!  Try those

they arent worth it. i made some you barely ever get to use them.

they are very easy to make though. oh yeah almost forgot. i dont think they are illegal. but the only time that you would be able to use them is at night and you could only see them if your headlights werent on then that would be illegal so
