the pattern of the bolts is exactly the same on all 00-04 celicas... when i took my front bumper off, i followed the installs on this website, which contained isaac's front bumper and he has an 00 or something...and it was exactly the same setup

if the front bumpers fit, I assume the rear bumpers fit too

you will also need the foam bumper support too. it is different from 00 to 03 definetly do not forget the foam bumper

do they make 03 bumpers with wings west lip?
i've seen somebody with 03 bumper and 00-02 wings west lip. and they fit70%, but it looks funky, yes funky
