well today iw as driving to hooters for my friends b day, and i go 100 on the freeway, pull out to exit and my friend in another car tells me my bumper/front lip kit is off. so i pull over, and try to fix it! i find out that my lip (wings west) had been dragging like all down the freeway for abuot a mile !! and it was a bit scrathed underneath the part that broke was the part under the front bumper called like the undercarage and the plastic clips broke!!! i really need anyones adive on how i can fix this, can i drill some holes and put screws and would that hold it up to the bumber? if it has happened to any of you gus please let me know what i can do, my front lip is now scratched underneath (not noticable unless you look under ur car and has a few scratches, but i think ill be able to fix with touch up paint, if any of you have suggestions please please please help me out here!

hmm not sure.. but i bet you could drill holes and then use BLACK UV resistant zip ties to hold it in.. i use that for my underengine plastics and it works

I just got my wings west lip and I heard a similar story a while back so I decided to put some screws connecting the lip to the bumper. I just drilled them underneath the lip so you couldnt see em. As for the underplastics I dunno what to tell you. I already have 400+ miles on the highway goin 80+ mph with my wings west lip and no problems so far. I guess in some cases the double-sided tape just isnt enuff.
In case you didn't notice its good to be a Florida Gator. Noles Suck.

dude, about the broken clips, WW has warranty on all their kits, they should be able to replace the whole lip with only having to pay minor shipping fees. otherwise i'd just screw the bumper onto the other bumper from the inside, it should work fine, drill from the bottom where it's not visible.

zip ties are pretty damn strong, we zip tied a 145lb pledge from our frat to a large steel beam 22ft in the air, and he stayed up there until we cut him down 8 hrs later, belive me, those things are STRONG
