Before you take it in you may want to remove the door panel and check the wiring connections. When I first bought my celi the passenger side window would sometimes work and sometimes it wouldn't. I thought it might be the motor or the regulator. Fortunately I decided to change my speakers out before I took it in. While I had the door panels off I noticed that a wire clamp had come loose behind the door panel. It suddenly dawned on me that this may be why my window was having problems. I reconnected the wires and tested my window and I haven't had any problems with it since. It doesn't take long to take the door panel off and it isn't hard. You'd be surpised how many times something that seems like a big problem is caused by something small. Eliminate the small things first before you pay someone to reclamp some wires smile.

Also check ur fuse, you could have blown it somehow, the passenger one is top row 2nd from left. Just replace it with a 20 amp if its blown
