paint the headlights only costs about 5 bucks for the paint. custom Intake shroud (if you have an aftermarket Intake) prolly costs about 2 dollars from local home depot and most of bluebat's vinyl overlays cost less than $30.
Just like 100 octane gas, it's not a permanent mod but before a race you can put in a quarter bottle of NOS Octane Booster Racing Formula. One bottle is meant for a full tank so if you race on a quarter tank, you can use before 4 races. One bottle costs $10. BTW, the booster has some nitromethane in it hehe, and you should feel the difference. If you like going overboard like me, you can put in a quarter tank of 100 octane gas, and a quarter bottle of NOS Racing Formula, and still stay under $30 for that time out. Another cheap mod is a bottle of Redline Water Wetter which is more permanent because you add it to your coolant. It lowers the engine coolant temperature by about 20 degrees which probably nets you 3 whp. One bottle costs $12.
s2k antenna Celica letter fills with reflective tape Custom Cabin air filter remove butterfly Intake valve ($0) paint anything (cost of paint < $30) Remove emblem ($0) Clear corners Disable DRL (maybe illegal in your area)($0) Hoodpins (N/A on OEM hood, so don't bother) Change light color on dash and center console Interior or exterior neon or cold cathode lighting Powered cigarette lighter with ignition off ($0) Performance oil filter seat belt shoulder strap cushion
Thats all I can think of for now

100 octane gas does nothing in our engines. Read up on what the purpose of higher octane fuel is... 100 is a waste, especially with gas prices where they are now. That octane booster is a joke too. It boosts your gas "3 octane points", which is NOT the same as going from 100 to 103 octane.
And I don't buy anything in a bottle is going to lower your engine temp by 20 degrees... OR that it'll net you 3 HP.
