Lets clear a few things up

yes the logo was taken, I actually had the name long before I knew about this site, but yota_racer told me there was a site called everythingcelica after I had registered my name
It started when I started doing allthingsneon.com but it seemed too long.

The logo was made, just never changed, oddly enough it was in the works for being changed with a site upgrade over the last 3 days.

For those bashing neons, I will go ahead and fill you in on some info

The car pictured is currently a 12 second street car, yes, thats faster than your guys' cars I know, so I must have spent 10,000+ right? well no, including the cost of the car I have less than 5000 dollars into this whole setup.
The Viper emblem is a bit of a joke, if you didnt know me you wouldnt understand regardless.

Another thing about Neons, must we get into the fact that some of the fastest FWD Cars in the WORLD are NEons?
Scott Mohler in the All Motor Class, Mike Crawford in the Pro FWD Class?

Wheres the CElicas? Sure Scrantons car is there, but he is RWD, and far from a Celica motor.

SOHC DOHC, MAGNUM, 2.4 Turbo? Those are all different motors.
SOHC neon was different in 95 than any other year, 2001-03 they have had the magnum, its different

and kid i know had a 97 neon and now just bought a 2003 and paid more than for it than i paid for my celica and i whomp all over him
and always will and even he thinks its the same g-dam engine

If he paid more than 12-13K for a 2003 Neon with a SOHC non magnum motor then I would rack it up to stupidity

Yse they just came out with the 2.4 Turbo, the mangum came out late in 2000, so 3 years or so,

I admit, they're car maybe faster than ours with the right modifications. But thats becuz they have a lot of aftermarket parts, unlike celicas. But ours cars is much better in quality, liability, handling, and best of all looks. Ten years down the line our celicas will still be running good, unlike neons,5 years tops. I wouldn't want to be caught dead in one of those neons. There is only one word that comes to mind when i see a hooked up neon, RICE!

the sohc has been the same i know that they finally just got the 2.4t and tha magnum
know what just cause you have a 12 sec car dont' get you the girls in its a neon

Hmm a few things
I am engaged to the comment about girls

The Neon viewed had 194K on the original motor without a single problem

You talk about reliability, hows Yota Racers 00+ Celica doin? dropped a few valves? no compression in any of the cylinders? I have seen COUNTLESS posts on newcelica.org about peoples motors blowing etc.

Try misshifting!!!! That causes 99% of our blown motors.
I blew my tranny misshifting.

Stuff like that can't be blamed on Toyota, it's human error.

Yes, the Lift valve bolt for the earlier Celicas are defective in SOME cases. I emphasize SOME. My Lift bolt is still good and I pull like a mutha!!!

dawg once eip and xs release our turbo for the gts where will you be then i mean there as dynos of the eip turbo puttin 325 hp to the wheels

XS turbo is already available for purchase.
