So this is how it works, when I store my car for winter i put back on the stock rims and take off the aftermarket ones, and i do not adjust the height since im using Eibach coilovers, but when my car is out in the summer the rims are changed, is there any need for an alignment again or balance?? since it was stored for about 5months or so, i am asking because when i just take my foot off the gas and just let it stroll i hear a slight noise like i can hear the tires actually spinning which i know they are but possibly grinding and i know its not my wheel well or anyting like that, i know it sounds weird but this didnt happen last summer? thanks for your help...

You won't need an alignment.. but it may not hurt to have them balanced. If they are winter tires they may just be a little bit louder. Check the torque on the wheels to.. the celica and most toyotas are 76 ft.lbs!!

Also since the tires were in storage for five months they might have lost some air pressure...so one tire might be lower than the rest.

Once the tires are balanced on the rim, you don't need to balance them again. You just swap with the new rims & bolt them on. Remember to retorque the lugs after 30KM. For a snow tire, I have Michellin Arctic Alpines, they work awesome & I will never drive another winter with all season tires.
