My clutch is incredibly hard and is virtually on/off. It has taken me about 4 Months to master how to drive it and sometimes I still have a few issue with what sounds like slipping or a loud knocking noise.

It is really only first gear I have issues, if it's cold it will produces a loud squealing noise. If its warm and I don't do it quite right it will make a loud knocking noise.

Does anyone have any suggestion on this, how to drive it properly or any further info on this clutch.

I think its a 3 puk (according to the picture on the box).
The Clutch is:
TRD - 31210-AE100 (Clutch Cover)
TRD - 31250-AE963 (Clutch Disk)

confused confused confused

Your part # for the clutch disc is the TRD/Kazuma Racing Clutch. The disc is metal (recommended for race only) which is why you are having difficulty. The "street" version would have provided a MUCH smoother feel to everything and less effort to depress.

Oh true. I wondered as much. It was already in my car when I purchased. I do however have the Origonal Celica clutch disk and cover. Do you recommend that I change back to that?!?!

I have been having more and more problems over this weekend with this clutch!!

Yeah but it's such a bitch to drive. And it's gotten worse over the last weekend after a road trip. It's like it realeses differently now.

Dunno what to do?!?!

Not knowing how the previous owner drove the car but including the fact that you possibly wore the race clutch out (which is difficult to do unless you had a hard time "getting use to it") you could replace it with part# 31250-AE952 (TRD Japan "street clutch" and the lightweight flywheel part# 13405-TF200. It will be expensive but worth the effort. It'll be a lot easier to drive, also.
