What is the fire wall and where is it located, i heard thats the place you can run the wires through when you install neons to a battery

yeah it is, its behind the drivers side of the center dash near the gas pedal. Its keeps ur protected liek teh name states and allows things to pass through it.

the firewall is the thing that seperates the engine bay and the cabin...

there's a grommit in it above and to the right of your gas pedal.

if you want to run wires for the neon through the grommet I recommend poking a hole in the rubber grommet with the end of a wire coat hanger. That's what I did and I've had no problems. thumbsup

^^^ i used a screw driver and yes the firewall is the circular rubber piece right behind the gas pedal, it will help a lot if you have a friend or someone help you! thumbsup

the firewall is the actual piece that seperates the interior of the car from the engine bay as spatzkid said, it's not the rubber piece, that is the gromet thumbsup just thought i'd straighten things out

yep. the gromet (i wonder how you actually spell that word) is just a hole in the firewall, which you can run wires thru, neons, subs, whatever
