I just installed a set of fog lights on my 03 GTS. After a lot of probing, I found out that my car came pre-wired for fog lights. I was able to connect the lights to the factory wires under the bumper. Then I bought an OEM fog light switch from the dealer for $15 that mounted in the rectangular dash opening. All I had to do then was wire the switch to the fog light relay located behind the driver's side kick panel. This all made for a very clean installation.

I installed by myself, it's pretty easy. The hardest part is you have to make sure where you going to install it and how to let them stay their. The wire part is easy.
