Hey guys, I don't have a celica yet, but hopefully I will be getting one soon. I plan to do a few mods after I get it, one of them being a new exhaust. I really like a low exhaust sound, not the high ricey kind. But I don't like it to be obnauxiously loud. Of course I want a good hp and torque gain as well. So what's the right exhaust for me? Thanks

TSRM is the best also...the TRD has .2 higher gains in hp and the TSRM is louder that's the only difference. Both are excellent.

yea...TSRM is if you want it a little louder. Although the TRD has a loud sound to it also...not quite as loud as TSRM. Both are real nice and low too.

Hey guys, looks like TRD is the best for me then. Just one thing I want to make sure, does it have a real low sound? I LOVE a real deap, low exhaust and I really cant stand the high pitched ricey ones. Also should I get TRD extended or standard if I do get the TRD? Thanks

edit- BTW if anyone has any sound clips of their exhausts that would be great

If you're running stock rear bumpers i'd go standard but if you have aftermarket rear bumpers i'd go extended thumbsup

Yah if you have a body kit or are planning on getting one without a doubt get the extended so you don't burn the kit. Otherwise the the regular trd is fine.

It's definity not high pitch and ricey, very low rumble thats not to loud but just loud enough.

I say get the extended and theb odyki if you can smile

I just listened to those sound clips and the veilside sound made me cry it was so beautful. If you listen to the clip, at the very beginning when its at low rpms and you can hear that real, deep rumble, its awesome. But then at higher rpms it seems to get way to loud. I guess I'll go with the TRD extended then, which definately sounded nice also. Thanks a lot for the help guys(and girls) smile

both are equal in performance. From the dynos, TRD had .2 higher gains than the TSRM that's it. The only difference is basically the sound. Both are very good exhausts. I have the TSRM.
