I truly 100% deserve this

Tonight me and a friend were racing down this street and i had to make a right soon so i started slowing ahead but still going pretty dam fast because i was just caught up in the moment and just wanted to take thsi right turn.. so i take this turn and skid into the right lane, and just take off and hit lift. and my friend calls me up and was like haha dam dawg you took that shit sick yadda yadda, and i was like yee sweet next thign i know blue and red lights are behind me , i freekin toss my phone, roll down my limo tinted windows and wow. So to make a long story shorter.. the officer gave me "60 in a 40 - going around corner, lost control (fishtail), and continued speeding)" This is my first ticket and i've almost had my license for a year. I have to go to court in september. But thank god he didnt get me down for my tinted windows, exhaust (no silencer) and so forth. What do you think the judge will give me?

a reasonable punishment, especially ur in CA. you deserved it in a way, but it sucks when you get caught in the moment and shits like this come up. you learn from mistakes. it could have been worst

plead no contest. The judge will tell you to pay fine and take traffic school and then show proof of those 2 and you'll be good.

your license prolly wont get suspended. just go to the judge and request for traffic school. that should take the point off your record

shit your lucky he didnt get you for street racing if he did that wouldve been 1000+ fine also impound fees for 1 month. not to mention no traffic school and one point (trust me on this one i know)

also if your under 18 years of age he'll probably take your license away.

if the ticket says exhibition of speed or wreckless driving it wont be suspended since its your first offense but youll get a point or 2. if not and it just says speeding youll get a fine of about 120-180 and worse case senerio 1 point on your record. Also your insurance will go up.

i got speeding ticket for 75 in 45 got a buddy mechanic to write up a reciept showing i had bad speedo and that i paid $227 to have it fixed the judge dropped charges and i had to pay cort cost of less than $50 but it will only work once or you can go to prosecuter and plea down to faulty equipment either way good luck ...bet that corner will never feel the same...
