Had my new system finished just before this last weekend and took some new pics before reaching the Midwest Team Celica meet Sunday... One of my fave pics I've had for a while: Props to Darkduwende (bagyomix.com) for this picture: Engine Bay:

And finally - the new trunk setup! Thanks to AutoSound and Security of Willoughby, Ohio, they did an excellent job on the install and work. The shop stayed with the clean look I hav going for my car (the fiberglass design was a combination of our ideas). They have great people and workmanship. I'm thrilled with my new toys!

WOW KDAWG!!! You did a nice job with the interior trim paint. I am getting ready to do the same thing to my 03. I have two questions ... What kind of paint did you use? and Where did you get the control panel decals? They really add the finishing/professional touch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

GTTom - I actually had a body shop do the painting and use Spec Blue. I disassembled the console and prepped it with wetsanding and all, but I don't like doing paint work. They also added some clear coat to add the gloss to the finish. The stickers are courtesy of b0x of nc.org, they're ten dollars and he gets them to you within a couple days. Iced Blue - I just ask that you do something a little different, I'd hate to spend all that money then see the same general idea at a show, especially after having it done first. Also, the PS2 is always on, just have to hit the reset button. Thanks to everyone, too

PhatCeliGT - my user name was formerly utkdawg, I spoke with you about that on another thread before, but we found a way to make the h/u in the console work. Blitz - The cut the back part of the storage area off and made a mount for the face there. We did absolutely no modification other than that (ie - we didn't touch that huge ass bar behind the console). Celica2kgts - They had the car for one week to do the console, run new wires, build the box, fiberglass molding, PS2, and get everything set up. Then after the fiberglass was painted, they had it for two days to make the vinyl trim panels and to wire the sub amp and subs to finish the install. Dondie - that's exactly what I'm going for, a nice simple elegant look. Gillberg - the PS2 can be removed; I would just have to take the plastic off. I hardly play any games though, so I don't mind. Thanks again to all for the props. I still say my favorite picture of the trunk is the one Darkduwende took, it really captures the curves nicely.
