2 things 1) linkage
2) internals near the clutch slave cylinder...not sure what to call it, but it you follow the linkage into the tranny you will see a rubber boot...I am finding pics to upload for you
easy fix, get White Lithium grease and spray the shit out of it (caution overspray).

I had a similar prob starting like yours, then it escalated squeaked all the damn time especially early morning...use the red pipet that attaches the Li grease aerosol can and gently slide between the linkiage and the rubber boot indicated by the red circle and arrow...begin to spray and move the pipet around to ensure coverage. I have had no ill effects from this and it hasnt squeeked since. Hope this helps

Where did you get that white grease, the spray or the lube type.

I got mine from the Toyota parts store $5-6 in aerosol can with a pipet that attaches to the nozzle...you may find it cheaper at O'rielly's or Autozone etc.

oh yeah while you're there might as well spray the linkage anyway, its the goldish/brass colored metal above the yellow "X" in the pic. Spray the Washer/Cotter pins and related metal parts that move.
I tried to get this posted a sec ago but the ecelica site gave me some sql error info ????
the pic here just shows one of the washer cotterpin connections
