can somebody tell exactly everything i need to change the dash lights from orange to blue, and some kind of estimate of how much it would cost? i've looked into it, but i cant figure out exactly EVERYTHING i need...i dont want to be half way into it and find out that im missing a peice...

have you look in the Installs page for that??? they're in there..u have to buy leds and solder them...don't know how much it cost, dunno who would do it..i'm waiting for my friend to do it for me..

get the LEDs at teamcelica.com its only 45$ for the whole dash set. you'll need paint for your needles (hobby paint or nail polish 2-3$) and rubbing alcohol to take the curent paint off.
