hey does anyone know where i can get a new Blitz LM intake for less than $195 because titan motorsports is selling it on sale for that price. This is the same one as satoshi but i think that it may be over priced from titan motorsports. so if anyone has any info please post up. Oh yeah how are the gains? any one with personal experience?

i have the blitz intake as well. you can feel gains and it has a nice growl to it. i believe the blitz intake will give you about 10 hp max, while the injen cai will give you about 14 hp max. problem with the cai is that you have the probability of hydrolock --> and don't say it doesn't happen b/c i've seen it first hand on my buddys celica the blitz intake is also good for your engine bay dress up. you will need to buy a new filter, maybe about once a year. don't get the stainless steel filter b/c it doesn't work as well, even though you do not need to replace it. good luck [ 12-26-2002, 11:58 AM: Message edited by: Pete00 ]

AEM CAI with by-pass valve for the Celica's don't work, my friend hydrolocked his GTS during the California storm. He has a bypass valve on his AEM CAI. Short ram has some advantages because they could avoid hydrolocking but comparing it to Cold air intakes and power gains, I'd go for the CAI because cool air is good for the engine and short ram is sucking up heat inside the engine bay.
