ww cost much less, and i think it's a direct fit from stock, whereas TRD needs to drill 2 more holes for each pillar...

go with TRD i bought a used (perfet condition) trd spoiler of ebay for $255 same color as my car...and it's awesome. not installed yet though.

The WW is more agressive looking were the TRD one is more boxy.

Plus the WW is ajustable. I don't know if the TRD one is.

TRD is adjustable. I like the TRD better very durable and the 3rd brake light looks nice i think it would be worth an extra 20 minutes of install time.

Actually I just saw the 04 TRD kit today. They have changed the wing a lot. It's very agressive. It's kind of like the WW one but it is angled back more I'll try find a pic.
