just ordered my aem cold air Intake with bypass valve today for my aut gt 2000 celica. should get it saturday or monday the latest.. maybe this friday but possibly sat. or monday. cant wait.

nah im having the shop install it.. no clue on how to install it and i dont want to risk anything so im having someone that is experience in putting parts in cars. having the Performance shop install it for me. but ill take some pics for you guys if you like.

I got mine from e-celica and I havn't even installed it yet, i'm looking into one of those Dry charges that K&N puts out.

i got it at drivers image in skokie IL. and its costing me 250 for the Intake and 75 for installation.

hmm just a question if you wanted to have a Performance shop do the install for you? how much would it cost for them to do? Or is it simple to do. I mean in my case i dont know if you people looked but i was the one who posted about doing the lift bolt install and i did myself w/ no help... anyways if i can do a lift bolt install you think i could install a CAI

it shouldnt be that hard to install the CAI or SRI. just follow the instruction to a T. my friend with a celica installed his with the help of his friends and it came out perfect. no CEL lights or anything.

please save urself the $75 installation fee..u could use that toward something betta for your car...installation is EASY, listen to me on this one..not only does it save, it also give you the confident and knowledge abour ur car..please install it urself...drive 8hrs down here and i'll install it for you..geeeee...i know you scare, i was too the first time, but i said fuck it, and install my eBay Intake myself and no CEL ever..and since then i uninstall and install back and forth 5-6times already..
