I want to buy rims and the ones that i'm looking at are 18x7.5 with 225/40R18 size tires. I know that lug wise it would fit. What i'm worried about is the size of the wheel and tire will it fit or would it be too big? I got stock springs and suspentions.

it should fit as long as it offset was ok.  that's what i'm running but mine are a 42mm offset.

you might def need to drop though. 99% of all 7th gen celicas..when you throw aftermarket wheels on...the car look like its on stilts. THE GAP LOOKS HUGE

i will find out what is the offset i think its 42mm one more question tho. What is the lug pattern on our cars? 5x100 or 5x114.3?
