Celica Forums General Discussion General My wheels are on their way!

I am so happy I finially got new wheels to get rid of my awsome hubcaps I can't wait for them to get here. I got a set of 17" American Racing SR wheels with Fusion tires. I will post pics as soon as I get the on and I get my bumper replaced, to ugly to do before that The guys just need to find a way to ship it that isn't gonna cost me $100+

Hubcaps? You just hating on the stock wheels, or did you really have hubcaps?

LOL almost considered getting stock wheels, I had hubcaps, will post a pick or 2 of em when I can get a camera.

I hope you are happy with those wheels in 17. Everyone I know that has bought 17 inch wheels with a lip wish they had bought 18's...from an appearance stand point that is. When you have a lip it makes the wheel look smaller...I wanted wheels with a lip but everything looked small on the Celica because of the big wheel wells so I ended up buying 19's with a lip and it looks perfect. I am not saying go out and buy 19's but if you want a wheel that looks like that then I think 18 is the smallest you should go with.

they look good, but they are not good. they wont hold up, and they fade fast

damn that sucks, im not so much into rims, im working the exterior work later, so i dont know shit about rims, but damn that sucks that pplz have a bad feedback on them, but i hope they work out on u, good luck and post pix anyways, wanna see how that shit looks, the rims look good by the way, keep it up,

you said they r on their way but then you said they havent been shipped yet... im confused, anyways, I took a chance on a off brand from wheelmax and they r doing just fine and look great.. Hopefully you have the same luck
