Going to be Smokign my Tail/Headligh & Markers.. Was wondering if thats legal in CA. I have been pulled over a few times and had my hood poped with cops claiming I had Ileagle parts already.. so I think they are out to get me

Yeah lol.. well long story short. had my car for almsot 1.5 years. I have 21 pull overs and 0 tickets. they will pull me over for anything.

all this being pulled-over every few days to 'prove' you are innocent gets annoying real quick.

the first few years i had my car and was modding it (looked ricey at times), I would get the same harassment from them.

even for a tint ticket from a meter-maid while parked at the beach (good thing i didn't put the sun-visor into the front windshield )

then i switched my driving behaviors and was always on the lookout for cops and hadn't received anything for almost 2 years now.

just 3 weeks ago sunday night 11:30pm, a cop pulled me over for doing 50 in a 35 (i watched my gauge for that SINGLE BLOCK from RED-LIGHT to RED-LIGHT that he said he paced me between and it never went over 39mph)... then the cop comes back and tells me it is now 55mph.

my error was that I didn't ask for his supervisor
i should have refused to deal with him and requested another officer to get the job done CORRECTLY.

often, one cop will harass you if he thinks he can get away with it. Once you call in his superior or get his card - the copper's attitude may change... That is, if you were actually in the "right" and were honestly just being harassed at this point

I have a friend who had the same problem as me. A CHP friend of hiss told him to put a camcoreder on his dash/tripod facing driver side of car, and whenever he gets pulled over to turn it on...

Shice he has been doing that when he gets pulled over, they check his lisence and reg and then let him go... they get very nervous when they see the camera. Its been working great for him.. think I might put mine back in my car

Around what time of the month do you get pulled over? Just askin... If it near the end of the month, you know the cops are trying to get there bonus for that month. Cops will pull anybody near the end of the month, thats why you see more cops near the end of the month.
