just got caught for my tinted windows  . . .cop gave me a fix it ticket. . .does anyone know what the fee is. . .i'm from CA

around 110-140 i got cought before, and my ticket total is 130 out the door!

not really sure about yours because the police charge me 20bucks for inspection!i think it will around 120!

Hmm.
My only fix-it (that I remember) was for having clear turn signals. The ticket was only $10, if I had the bulbs changed and had it verified by the police.

If you take the window tint out, you wont be charge for it. Just go to court and tell the Judge that you fix it.

What you do is take off the tint go to a police/ highway patrol station and have them sign the ticket off. Then you go to the court house cashier and pay 10 bucks. I've already done it twice. so it should not be more than 10 bucks.

only $10. you have to remove the "illegal-tint" show it to a cop and have him/her sign your ticket. go to the court house or the location of where it says to go and pay the fine, which is $10.

I just had a fix it ticket for having stuff hanging off the rear view mirror. It was 15 bucks for the Sheriff to inspect it (he told me that I could have gone to the CHP and get it for free) and like 30 some bucks for the court cashier. It wasn't that much, its just the time you spend standing in line at the cour cashier.

i got pulled over for tint. $10 if you remove, and $110 if you dont. If you're planning to keep the tint, just keep getting the ticket payment time extended, just in case you get pulled over again.

Yup. It's illegal to have fuzzy dice, parking permit, whatever. Yes, Its funny how the parking permits are made to hand on the rear view mirror, but if they catch you, you get a ticket. Fucken cops, thats how they get their money.

just had the ticket cleared on monday...it was only a $10 fee because i got the tint removed. . .i plan to put it back on though but might go lighter than before...i had 15%. . .right now my car looks funny because only half of it is tinted
