but it's not as stressful on the drivetrain. and it will run fine on pump premium (93 octane) according to the reps at trial. Keep in mind, japan's octane ratings are calculated differently than in the USA. if you run 91 octane, you need to add a PowerFC and get it properly tuned to correct any detonation problems.
Yes, it's exspensive, but so are Turbos. N/A setups are more reliable than F/I setups in the long run.
