Okay guys Im selling my aluminum dash for $90 Shipped / OBO to anywhere in the US using UPS. The aluminum dash kit is brand NEW. The only reason that Im selling is because I purchased the JDM center console and I decided to paint the dash BLACK instead. Plus, I also need the cash for a new project Im working on. Item will be shipped if not the same day, the day after payment is received. You will get a PM with UPS Tracking # to confirm shipment. I will post actual pictures of the item as soon as I get home from work. Let me know if you guys are interested.

What are you talking about wtf I got it from www.jcwhitney.com [jcwhitney.com], NOT ebay. First, if you paid $200 for a similar kit on ebay, get your money back cause they run about $100 + shipping anywhere else. Do some research before you post stupid comments? crazy Dont take you anger out on me if someone ripped you off on ebay. ohboy

Second, I cant tell you if theyre easy to break because I havent tried breaking it. idunno

And last, it doesnt look like youre a potential customer since you have a 5 Generation Celica. So, get off my thread cause your killing my sale. angry Next time, if youve got nothing nice or even constructive to say, then don't say anything at all!

Stun,

I just painted my center console black, but I think this may look better since I have a silver car.

Question is, what type of material are the silver pieces made of, and do they just stick to the console like a sticker?

Sorry, don't know shit about these kits.

I got this kit from www.jcwhitney.com [jcwhitney.com] but the actual brand is Crystalux. Here you go|

http://www.crystalux.com/crystalux3.asp?item=R2149&make=TOYOTA&model=CELICA&partType=DSH

This was taken directly from the JC Whitney site:

DASH TRIM KITS
o An innovative new concept in affordable, custom-fit dash trim!
o UV-resistant, specially formulated vinyl trim
Do-it-yourself installation super-flexible pieces adhere easily and can be repositioned as needed to achieve the perfect placement. Easy peel-and-stick installation and the fewer yet broader-coverage pieces mean anyone can achieve professional results. No tools needed! Limited one-year warranty. Detailed instructions included.

I believe the kit is made out of a mixture of Vinyl and Plastic. Yes, these pieces are really flexible and have adhesive which means they will stick on like a sticker.

Black and Silver is actually the look I was going for and I think it would look HOT on a black console.

Looks awesome. I too have a silver Celica (see below) and I was thinking this would go great with the sleak color scheme. I couldn't find the kit on JC Whitney's website. I'm not interested in buying right now, but could you linky if possible. Thanks. thumbsup

The manual tranny wouldnt have anything because the shift boot takes its place. If you are talking about the plastic piece around the shift boot the answer is NO. Take a look at the picture of the Celica I posted below. If you look really hard in the lower right hand side of the picture you will notice that it doesnt take a chrome piece. Let me know if that answered your question|
