i know they are a budget item but that doesnt make them bad rims, when i was driving today in the rain a car came to a stop suddenly in front of me and in order to avoid an accident i was forced to jump the curb with my 17"s, after the incident i was sure that my right front rim was toast but to my suprise there was barely a scratch on them. im very pleased with the rims 
a kid told me that celicas handle like crap... i laughed

i have exel rims too, i got a minor scratch on them but other then that they are hodling up nicely
