Ok, so I'm gonna go get my camera developed so I can show ya'll some pictures, but here's what's happend/happening.

About 3 weeks ago I finally got all my parts in and put my car into the shop. Veilside body kit + Molded APR Fender Flares + New Paint Job = Lots of money and work. I get it out and it looks great, I just need some wheel Spacers to stick my rims out a little bit further. Anyway, my tires are about bald and I need new tires, so I got some and go to Toyota to have'em put'em on.

This is where it gets bad.

When they were putting the car on the lift, one of the bolts on the lift arm cracked my sideskirts. You should have seen the look on my face. First I got this really nauseating feeling down in the bottom of my stomach. Then I wanted to kill someone. The good news is there paying for it. At least, that's what they said. They haven't seen the estimate yet with is about $1400. Service manager's going to have a fit. Hopefully legal action won't have to be taken, but I will have no problem in doing so.

*sigh* I can't keep the car in one piece.

Not his fault.

They should have known, and with some lifts, you can change the points at where the car gets lifted up.

I can't take out my sideskirts, they're molded in with the fender flares.

The lifts at Toyota dealerships (at least the ones I have been at) hold up the car by where the sideskirts are.

The ones at most shops just raise up with your car on the tracks, meaning that the only part of the lift that makes contact with your car is the tires.

Best kind of lifts IMO, unless you have to take wheels off.
