price is 450 + shipping...its done in group buys, the thread for it is on New Celica.org. I believe it fits a GT as well, will be double checking shortly. Soundclips were already posted...why wouldnt it be smog legal...its an axleback
no pics yet, i just dyno tested the prototype...while main production is in Cali.

no pics yet, i just dyno tested the prototype...while main production is in Cali. Holy shit, I need to sleep...I was looking at the price and was wondering why they were so expensive. I thought you were posting the dyno for the Intake. I finally realized it when you said axleback. EDIT: So what I mean to say above is...How much are the Intakes now?

Here's a sketch of what to expect from the exhaust looks-wise: celica.org/forums/showthread.ph...ms/showthread.php?s=&threadid=145234 [ new (highlight and copy URL, and paste into address bar) The muffler and piping will be the same (but shinier ), the tip wil most likely be different, and there will be a flange right off of the muffler to split the exhaust into 2pcs, like the TRD, to make shipping easier/cheaper.

It looks better if you have an acual muffler IMO. Like I said, the tip will most likely be changed, and you can always add a canister to the end if you really want to.

the TSRM canister is not ricey. Never seen it. I was merely picturing a Civic with a canister twice as big as the tip.

Feel free to take a look at my profile, i dont think it looks ricey at all. Well what is ricey to some people, may not be ricey to others. I myself think that it is well within reason. I just hate when people have to add insult to injury sometimes and mount them at an angle.

sweet..what does the TRD exhaust dyno at? Usually between 5-8hp peak. Here's the dyno from Turbo Magazine: http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/0209tur_exhaust/index.htmlDon't let the peak numbers fool you, though, TPR gains 10+hp in over 66% of lift (22hp at one point ).

"add insult to injury" Dude, just because i disagree with your opinion about my canister doesnt mean that im offended by your opinion. Hey, wtf are you talking about? Your exhaust isn't slanted or tilted like I was talking about. I said, when some people tilt their exhaust, that adds insult to injury.

i think results will be similar in relation. In other words i dont think gt's will get 10whp, but they will make more the TRD

this is awesome news. easy_c, i gotta ask you myself, is it carb legal? meaning do you give paperwork that shows that its carb legal, so we can show it to cops that the exhaust is legal? does it sound similar to trd, louder or lower, and how much louder or lower is it?

last i heard...axle back exhausts have no need to be CARB legal, only cat back or header back...Axle back doesnt affect any kind of air quality coming out of it.

2db higher doesnt mean that it has the same noise. i meant as the tone of the noise. does it sound similar to trds or does it sound like a ricer, thats wut i meant. r you guys gonna have trouble with producing the exhausts just like the Intakes

easy_c you're in mass right?
have you had trouble with the police giving those $100 tickets for aftermarket exhausts?
i had one of those c-note tickets from mass state police for having a custom exhaust louder than the factory.
so, due to your residence i assume you have factored noise along with Performance.
accepting creditcards?
