Whats up guys, i am back with another question. I was talkin with one of my friends and he said that one of his friends spray pained his rims on his celi gts. I was like "well y did he do that" becuase i thought it would look gay and start pealing. I was wrong. It was an awesome job, and he had it on there for 8-9 months he said and it still looks new. I still am curious. Imight do this to mine. Any one know on how to do this. I mean the whole process from takig off the rims, what paint to use and how much.

Thanks,
Luke

i know guys have done powdercoating...

You want to use something with high gloss and possibly high temperature standing like engine paint. You would have to put quite a few coats on there to make the paint layers thick so that when you get rock chips or what have you it wont show the alloy... hmm i've been wondering about this for a while too...

Paint them with a Professional automotive paint (PPG) put at least 4 good coats then at least 3 coats of clear... will last a lifetime...but can spray paint..forget it just buy rims. thumbsdown
