How much are they askin? How much rust does it have? What are the minor problems?

Offer them $500

I wouldn't touch it. One, its an st. Two, look at the body thats in really rough shape and the paint is horrid. I would only buy it if you can get it for less than 500 and if you have a 3S-GE and ecu lined up to drop in it, other than that I would say you are wasting your time.
