Celica Forums General Discussion General update on house plus couple pictures of car

as some of you might know we are in the process - my wife and i_ of purchasing a new house. after hurricane charley knocked a tree on the roof , we were reluctant if we were going to move in the scheduled date they had given us. i went today to see the house and it lovely. i love that house more than the celica . the celica is in third place now after my wife and house. lol. i took some pictures to send to my wife given that she is working at new orleans right now. so here are some pictures that i hope you will enjoy. i also decided to take some pictures of the celica from inside the house given that i haven't done so for a long time.

The house is very nice, but the green door doesn't really go at all. A white one or one that is the color of the house would look better IMO.

true but give it some time, he not even done with the inside yet, im sure if he has a kaminari kit, he most have style so im sure he will come up with something

thanks guys. i really appreciate your inputs. as for the door . we hate it too. the problem is that the house comes premaid . you cannot upgrade or change anything until after you close on the house. i don't know why they chose green for the door it doesn't make any sense, we had asked them the same question when we looked at the model. imo it would have looked better if it was the same color as the garage door, but hey it's only paint. we plan on changing the door anyway later down the road. what i really care about is the inside. i love it. we have 30 years to pay for that baby so we have enough time to change things not once not twice... lol. the celica looks nice up there, i can't wait to close on that baby on 08312004 just to put my celica inside the garage. since i got it in 032002 it has been spending the nights outside. the paint is still good but you know that the weather can get to it sooner or later especially here in orlando( too hot and always raining). thanks again guys and will keep you posted after the closing.
