hmm...our local newspaper recently published that you guys weren't going to get the celica and mr2 anymore. But apparently our market (australia) isnt affected and we'll be continuing to get them both.
There is going to be a 2005 celica...last year... and i saw on a website that there are going to be convertibles?? i know they released converts in the earlier models and i just asked my boyfriend why they didnt for this model lol anyway heres the link

nothing changed on the 05. anything on the door that is over 06/04 is considered 05. the only difference is that they have 1 extra exterior color, seat colored trim, steering wheel color trim, new action package and some minor other stuffs (taillights,...)

Toyota wasn't going to come out with a new model. They were going to stop production in 2005 and finish selling the 2004s. All the 05 models were just rumors. They're getting rid of the 04s so they can focus on their Scion project.
I also heard they're updating the Prius hybrids, but that is not confirmed.

The reason for this is because in certain regions, Action Package doesn't come as an option. Trust me, I would know...option isn't available in Riverside, but supposedly along the beach dealerships...

ausome there was no option for an action package in 2000 when we bought my car (i dont think ther was)
yes and its a disgrace to our cars, sorry for sayin it but ugh, oh that reminds me the rear bumper has the large chrome fake muffler tip attached to it, I think all of us should do that In fact I think the 2004 was the last celica, that thing reminds me of some f*cked up Hyundai.
I Think it's nice the Tsunami celica! all you have to do is replace that fake tip muffler with the real one and replace the front grill's with real grill! the front end has a rx-8 effect to it!
