What would you do to your celica with a $1000??? Me I would get a 1. Jet Chip Performance upgrade $350 2. TRD Short Shifter $100 3. TRD Rear Strut Brace $100 4. Unorthadox Pulley set $350 5. Apr Front Brace $100
DONT BUY THE JET CHIP!!! or any chip for that matter unless it taps into the 02 sensor.
on obdII cars the 02 sensor is god and even if you modify the MAF sensor, TPS sensor, and other sensors our ecu will revert back to stock since the 02 sensor(S) read differently. --taken from Griffin at NCorg.
so if you want to make or gain hp with a chip it will need to tie into these sensors.

1) AEM pulley's (i heard Unortho was bad for some reason ? )
LIES! Lies, I tell you. AEM pulleys are a waste of money. I have a set and they didn't do jack according to the dyno. Even though I have a Honda engine, I doubt you'll see much difference if you install them in yours.
Unortho Racing includes a crank pulley, where you'll get most of your power in a lightweight pulley set-up. If you can find some place that sells ONLY the Unortho crank pulley in the set (not the complete $350 set), you'll be getting a good deal.
$1000? hmmm.. well first i would put it in the bank and save some more money cause $1000 Canadian is like toilet paper to you people
well said! =) we can even get the TRD exaust for that price here =( it's like 1200$can for the TRD exhaust installe by the dealership (for warranty compromise)
well i just got a ACT clutch and im getting a Fidanza flywheel next week. with another grand i would get the TRD lsd.
