what programs do you guys use to make the photochops and signatures...i want to be able to mess with stuff on my won and make photochops and sigs. free programs would obviously be better but if theres some that you have to pay for that everyone is using let me know about those too.

Photoshop 7 pwns, you can illegaly download it! It retails about $200. No need for another program, thats all i use.

photoshop cs and if you wannt a noob programm you can use picture it express 7 it only makes sevral pics flow into one and have 5-6 effect and is really eaasy

YOU GUYS CANT EXCEPT FILES WIT HOTMAIL ACCOUNTS. hotmail only allows 2mb downloads..these programs are WAYYY bigger. Best way to send them is to do it through AIM

AdobePhotoshop CS ( retail: $800 )
but you can use
Adobe Photoshop 7 ( $600 )
Jasc Paintshop Pro 8 ( $100 ) *recommended for what you need
